sit&reach in the morning. felt completely light after doing. after that math lesson, tch totally unreasonable ! !@#$%^@#$^&*($% dance, almost killed by isabella and wangyu. i've to flip over linya, thn isabella grab one of my leg, wangyu the other. it was at a hand stand position, i wanted to tell them to put me down alrdy, thn they suddenly push me backwards. totally screaming my lungs out. when i realised it, i was alrdy kneeling on the floor. when i'm able to do it myself, changed partner to wangyu, since isabella say she very 'hard' but in the end she fell, almost sprain my ankle, pain ttm.
